Help/Support Doesn't bring up option to restore data?

Like the title says I cannot restore data because it doesn't bring up the option to. I 100% know for a fact that I haven't crafted anything that isn't in the game. Energy and Crafting points have never been an issue when updating so I dont believe that's the problem. I was connected with gamecenter and when I open the game it the game center notification pops up saying welcome back but the game loads up an empty save.

It is the answer, you messed up no one can help you restore, there is no fix.

I didn't do anything to mess up? the first time i messed up it wouldn't load. My problem for this one is that the game loads up perfectly fine but the game doesnt bring up the option to restore my saved game

Because there is nothing to restore, your save has been lost.

I have a way of deleting my main save on game centre and this is how i do it i restore my game then i disconnect from game centre and then i fully delete my game from my iPhone settings then its permanently gone my save i don't know if just casually deleting it does it too but i think you might of done this and there is probably no way of getting it back besides starting again

It won't even let me connect my Game Center. Clicking connect does nothing on the new save

Then I don't even know my doesn't connect some times so i just keep pressing connect then it connects me if that doesn't then i dont know

have you tried loading your save using official app?

I don't know What you posted in the other post before making this topic but if u deleted the game and trying to reconnect the new save to SAME gamecenter that was linked to your corrupted save, It will not work. Only one save for one Gamecenter ID.

I had the same problem once. And as @RedHawX said, I just uninstalled the hack, installed the normal app from the app store and there it asked me to restore my saved game. And for the next time. Be sure to have a backup of your iPhone BEFORE installing a new hack. With this I was always able to restore my save game and try to install the hack again.
