Help/Support UNABLE TO CONNECT. HELP I CAN'T PLAY AND I AM STUCK :(

It says that;

"Unable to connect to the server. Please check your internet connection. If the problem persists, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and are workinh to resolve the issue."

"Warning: In order to avoid losing your progress, do not uninstall the game!"

 

GUYS I NEED HELP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?  it's been 7hours of waiting. Mu cellular data has a good connection and I still have 1gb storage left in my phone. I'm an iOS user. What should I do to solve this?

Wait, check connection

Turn WiFi off then back on and try again

Make sure you have Mobile Data available, if persistent connect to WiFi
