Can anyone just tell me if this is a waste of time and i'm just not able to jailbreak my iphone so i can move along?!?

Sorry, you should have quoted me so I could get notified about your reply.

If you have and can use Filza, we could possibly fix your issue.

Just adding sources doesn't work, correct?

I cant acess filza,adding sources doesn't work.

i tried iexplorer but cant acess root as it's greyd out.

Yes i am.

everytime i try to install anything it gives me a dpkg_locked error.

DPKG_LOCKED usually means another process is using DPKG and a reboot would fix it. Are you able to reboot and re-jailbreak?

Yes, that's what I use now.

But Jailbreaking nowadays, what may work for me might not work for you. Although we're using the same Jailbreak and almost the same iOS version. 9.3.3 here.

If you haven't tried rebooting your device to fix that error yet, you should. However, please proceed at your own risk.
