Help/Support Possible to upgrade 9.3.3JB to 10.2 JB manually?

Hi, I was wondering if it possible to upgrade my 9.3.3 iOS to 10.2 iOS and JB it

cause I see there is 10.2 JB version 

if there is a guide to upgrade 9.3.3 JB to 10.2 JB version ? 

cause some games it required the iOS 10

And currently I'm on 9.3.3 JB

No, you cannot upgrade to iOS 10.2. The firmware you are looking to upgrade to is not being signed by Apple anymore meaning that you cannot upgrade to iOS 10.2. The only possible firmwares you can upgrade to are iOS 11.0.2 and iOS 11.0.1 and they cannot be jailbroken at the momment so stick to your iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak for now atleast.

Use TSS Saver tweak to easily save your blobs.

You can also just simply change the iOS required version in the files of the app to make it run on 9.3.3.
