If you would like to contact him, click on his profile and click 'message'. That way he will see it.

This is a question it should be in Help & Support but whatever.

It wont allow me to message him because im only allowed to 1 message each day and i approached a support member yesterday. Im terribly sorry to cause any concern but i am just so excited to get my vip. And i have been waiting for a day, :/

In the top right you should be able to go to your PMs, you can reply to him in the other private message.
