How to fix impactor error "provision.cpp:81"

    When I try to start the Cydia Extender I get this error

    "provision.cpp:81
    ios/addAppId =9313
    The 'Network Extensions' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program. Please visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/ to enroll.    "

    I have tried multiple Apple IDs yet this continues to pop up. Any solutions?

    The only way you can install Cydia Extender without a paid Apple Developer's Account is to have a jailbroken device bro for a cracked version of it. Although if you really want this app in your non jailbroken device then pay/enroll on the Apple Developer Program for $100 ONLY! :troll:

    The feature is only available to Apple Developers , you can try Revoking Certificates as mentioned above
