Using iTunes on your PC.

Just don't install the latest iTunes. Stay on the old version.

Right now, no..

Unless you find a cracked IPA online.

Rasticrac will eventually be updated to support AppSliced games. Or just ARM64. x64 is where everything is headed towards.

Rasticrac also removes a lot of jailbreak detections. Which is why I use it instead of Clutch.
