All Money Items as 0?

All my shop purchase able items aren't there and it is displaying all money items as '0'? 

Can anyone explain or help?

@Lolswag the Game Center connect button is not responding. once I click the button 'connect' it just acts as if it wasn't clicked. do you have any idea how to fix it?
