Help/Support Is this hack for VIPs only?

I tried downloading the hack for 'Naruto blazing' but it won't allow me to because I can't reply to the thread (It's not closed). So, I'm unsure if it's only for VIPs or if It's because I'm new to IOSgods

And if you decide to purchase a package, remember, its the "ViP & Non-JB" package, not the regular ViP. Otherwise, you won't receive access to the listed mod you're trying to dl.
