Help/Support Missing separator error?

Hello IOSgods

I am running on a jailbroken 9.3.3 devices, and in which I am working on a tweak for a basic game.

I have been reading through the forums and had found suitable error problems which I had bypassed.

Now when I came to do "make package" or "make"

It had said that I am "missing separator"

TWEAK_NAME = candy

candy_FILES = Tweak.xm

candy_FRAMEWORKS = UIKit

candy_LDFLAGS += -W1,-segalign,4000

include /var/theos/makefiles/tweak.mk

after-install::

install.exec "killall -9 SpringBoard"

Can you show the exact error? Mostly it gives you a line number & in which file.

The error was on

Makefile:13: ***missing separator. Stop.

So on the last line

Usually means you need to leave an empty newline at the end of your Makefile.

Try 'enter' so you have one empty line on make file in the end

I had put in a empty line at the end, but it just stays the same, instead of "Makefile13" it is "Makefile14"

Also I had tried adding 8 spaces like

after-install::

install.exec "killall -9 SpringBoard"

But it had said (did you mean TABS instead of 8 spaces)

I've already read that support topic before requesting here, but I'm always getting the same with no luck?

Try remove the whole after install part. It doesn't need to be in the file, i never add it either.

Here's my makefile if you want to have an idea, except I haven't added install.exec "killall -9 SpringBoard" yet because I was getting an error with that. Maybe it might be that?
