there is SUBS function , if i change it to add it will add right instead of subtracting

The subs says '0' right? it substracts 0, but u can try x D

The bl in hex in 8 bytes , but the Thumb 2 Hex code for Nop is just 4 bytes -> 00BF so shud i make it 00 00 00 BF

I suggest you to use breakpoints using a debugger, so you know if its right function, which register holds what value.
