Help/Support provision.cpp:81 Error

Hi guys any help would be greatly appreciated.

When trying to install Cydia Impacter it keeps coming up:

provision.cpp:81

ios/addAppId =9313

The 'Network Extensions' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program. Please visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/ to enroll.

I have enrolled but then I tried again and same error so I went back on the site then it is asking me for £79 a year D: any help or guidance please guys!!

That's only if you want a one year developer account license to want to buy that but the free one will let you keep the app for 7 days before needing to reinstall it so you should keep with that.

The error is probably because of 2 step verification on your account or if you don't have that enabled usually entering another Apple ID or making a new one can fix it.
