    Hello everyone, I just bought a new ipad and it came with iOS 10.2.1 so I can't jailbreak. I want to install some nonjb hacks but it requires using Apple developer account. I follow the instruction but I can't find anywhere to enroll for free (I don't have a mac). I would really appreciate if someone could share their free acc with me or register a free one for me ( I have a disposable apple ID)

    It says "You must wait until August 20th before setting up two-step verfication. And I haven't set it up yet.

    try going to the apple developers site and sign in and once your account is signed in and ready then try doing it again.
