Help/Support Apple developer account

Hello everyone, I just bought a new ipad and it came with iOS 10.2.1 so I can't jailbreak. I want to install some nonjb hacks but it requires using Apple developer account. I follow the instruction but I can't find anywhere to enroll for free (I don't have a mac). I would really appreciate if someone could share their free acc with me or register a free one for me ( I have a disposable apple ID)

I'm using the newest one (0.9.42). Using another apple id, the same thing happens.

Ahhh Yess... You have the Unlocked at Two Factor, disable it on the apple id site in the settings

It says "You must wait until August 20th before setting up two-step verfication. And I haven't set it up yet.

try going to the apple developers site and sign in and once your account is signed in and ready then try doing it again.
