If you haven't already you should install the 'Root Checker' app to your device or emulator and 'Verify' it to see if you truly are rooted. If not then you will need to use an app like 'SuperSU' to ensure you are rooted. Just use Google and look up how to root the specific device you are using. Once you are properly rooted you will be able to be able to find the lib folder inside /data/data/zombie.survival.craft.z

Now as far as permissions go: Once you have rooted your device and found the lib folder you will then select the lib folder, go to Properties, then look under Permissions and see if it is set to rwx rwx rwx. If it is not then you will click on 'Change' and change it to rwx rwx rwx.
