I also installed that tweek on my iPhone 4s device with iOS 9.3.5 and it did not work for me, with Cydia, I installed it using Phoenix and tried alternative tweeks like this one, but none of them worked, any solution?

I had problems with LocalIAPStore on 9.3.5. The best alternative to this is installing iAPCrazy. This supoorts more apps, more powerful and more efficient. Step Up!
