When you turn on god mode and equip your shoes, it causes the game to freeze every time you move.

To fix the game, you'll have to close the game entirely and open it back up. Do not move your character anywhere and wait until he dies of thirst/hunger.

The game should go back to normal once you click revive. 

Edit: Just notice I repeated what the last person said. Try to turn off all the mods and move around in other maps to see if it works.

I know you said disabled mod, but did you try removing the mod entirely from Cydia and loading the game to see if it still lags?

So I just delete the mod and try this.

it’s the same.. so is the game himself not the hack.. lol

You might have corrupted your game file somehow. I had the same issue a while back. I left the game running, and eventually, the lag began to become less severe to the point it stopped. 

Not sure if it will fix your issue, but It's worth a try.
