You crafted an item not yet in the game. 

There are many guides here that warn users of crafting unreleased items, you may have to start over again ?

Uninstall the hack from cydia. Reboot. Open game to check if it loads. Then Use yalu to boot rejailbreak. Install hack again. Worked for me
