I am logged in, and i downloaded and installed the hack, what i'm trying to say is that even if i turn on all the hack options i open up the game and none of the hacks work

but, i cant see "Thank you" button.... iphone 5s...

and i updated hack(Coins Hack is now a separate switch in the hack's settings) : not working craft function.

Did you tap on the user card to activate it?
