I ended up fixing the issue, disable everything and drop all your items at home, run to fort miss nude and die from hunger or thirst. I think the issuesblies with using the fast rate of tire and/or godmode around moving npcs

Godmode is used only once in game. You turn it on, get your clothes (no shoes) on you, you will see that your defence is having insane numbers, them you turn godmode off, and that’s it. Untill you die of hunger or thirst, or other poisonous air related stuff, you are virtually invincible.

That is the way of using it, and no freezes ever. Off course, my settings are set on low quality.
