Have you jailbreak your device? If you do, download it on your computer, get an ifile on cydia, open the web server, access it from your computer, open ifile on your phone, locate the deb file, installer, quit setting and the game to refresh the new settings,

if you have a good connection, 13.3mb in a sec, you could just download it on your phone, since mine was slow connection, and just seeing "download has started" without knowing the percentage just pisses me off..
