well he is pretty good for fighter team captain, his captain abillity is better than mihawk's and thats something. and he also adds x22 char attack as additional typeless damage if you hit no lower than good as sailor ability and his ability is pretty good and he's only cost 30

Edit: just noticed there are 2 different luccis in the story mode

yep he is good for qck team also alot of attack 1200 is pretty nice for 20 cost
