Just delete the old version, and use the direct install link for the 1.9.3 version and it will update.

Raiders only appear after 5 days of building the radio.

As above, raiders signal shows after 5 days of building the radio. As for the bow, strange, it works for me. Does fast trigger work for the other guns?
