we can't duplicate certain materials to put them in the settlement plan building. we also can't put furniture in the settlement *there is a quest where we need to build a furniture in the settlement

ive also tried duplicating some materials needed on building stuffs on the settlement.. but its not working.. i can duplicate settlement items but it will revert to its original quantity soon after i logged out and logged in.. maybe hacks needs updating..
