Do you have the previous version of Cydia Impactor (v 0.9.43)? ? If yes, connect your phone to your computer and use the old Impactor to revoke app certificate. Then download the new .iPA from this forum and use the current Impactor (v 0.9.44) to install the new .iPA file.
