I don't know what issue your game is facing, but mine works perfectly fine. I can share how I downloaded my game with you, hopefully it will help.
I downloaded my game via this link: (https://app.iosgods.com/store/appdetails/1-last-day-on-earth-survival-hack) as an .IPA file; then I used SideLoadly to install it on my phone, granting "Trust" permission to the developer app in my phone's general settings. After that, my game worked normally without any errors.

I use the PH app. 3 weeks ago it started saying cheat limit reached. Then I couldn’t even get into the game. I posted about the issues & I was told it’s a server issue we’re working on a fix. That was 3 weeks ago. Still the same issue…can’t even get in. I started using another app & the game worked fine until it got revoked. So I know it’s not an issue on my end. But what bothers me is I’m told we’re working on it…that shouldn’t take 3 weeks.
