This iOS IPA hack is now using the new Jailed iGMenu! Cheat features can now be turned ON/OFF via the iOSGods Mod Menu in-game.

If you are talking about the items locked in your inbox, the only way to clear them is install the original version and take them all from inbox, or install the hacked version where you can turn off the locking items in inbox thing.
