This iOS IPA hack is now using the new Jailed iGMenu! Cheat features can now be turned ON/OFF via the iOSGods Mod Menu in-game.

Now I'm interested to see if the free in app purchase and bow one hit kill have been fixed. I'm fine without them but they would be great add ons.
