If you didn’t uninstall the game, you could make a data backup and load the save data into a non modded version. Then connect it to a different Game Center profile and reinstall modded version after the save data reappears. It can be reinstalled to the same Gamecenter. Only swap Gamecenter accounts in the instance of a ban.

imaizing can back the data up and there should be how to use IMaizing instructions somewhere on this site.

If you have already deleted it and it was once saved to Gamecenter, install non modded version and restore. Then Backup data.

reinstall modded version and sync.
