Yes, they are.

But it would be a pain to uninstall the hacked app and redownload the AppStore version and buy what I need and repeat the process.

Yes, almost all of them are working except for the unlimited coin one. You can buy something using the app store version (normal version) and then use the 10,000 loot hack. I bought a savings pack and a dog crate. And opened them in the hacked app. Got 10,000 dog crates and savings crate. But the only problem is you only get coins twice in that. So i guess it doesn’t work on coins.
