I updated but save is gone it promted me to restore i clicked restore then it said my save would be lost and asked to type code i clicked cancel everything gone . Can i get it back?

When you update the back or reinstall the game always restore and put in the code. That will restore your Game Center save. To get your game save back: press the settings top right then click on the Game Center
