Does anyone know how to find a lootbox for the 10k cheat? been scanning like 100 pages here and could not get the answer. Someone said: "buy it", from where in that case? the store doesnt allow purcheses.

You need to buy 1 create with real money, open the 1 lootbox and you will automatically get 10,000 lootboxes.

But why can you not connect to Cydia Impactor ?
