Mines doing the same. I've been playing on my iPhone.  Didn't craft anything I shouldn't have.  Game worked fine yesterday and earlier today.  Went to reenter my base and the loading screen went to 98 and froze.  Restarted and the same.  

 

Download ad the official app on my iPad and restored and it started on the map.  Looked at my personal items in back pack and the current lvl I was at and it matched up.  Entered one of the loot areas fine.  Exited and went to base and got stuck again.  

 

Now cant get into game on iPad and iPhone.   I'm playing on with the VIP mod if it makes any difference.
