It's not craftable in the game yet, so it's not craftable in this hacked version either. Even if it was possible here, it would be a terrible idea. Crafting an item that isn't available for crafting is a sure way to get your account banned. 

Plus, why do you need to craft it? I have 235 C4 right now that I found in crates, 12 hour locations and the bunker. Way more than I can ever use.

i started a week ago and i was trying find c4 but its hard man so i was just thinking
