Are you saying that the game crashes and closes out as soon as you tap to open it? If so, then delete the game and reinstall it. You have to do this once a week, since the certificate only lasts 7 days. I've come across random times where I had to do this and the 7 days wasn't up yet.

Tap the little red dude on the left of your screen, and close out the little add that appears on either the top or bottom of your screen.
