Hi, sorry if I’m bothering anybody but whenever I try to download the file, I get a notification that says “this couldn’t be downloaded at this time”. It’s quite peculiar, because the little icon shows up on my screen and the little circle of how downloaded the app is shows up, and then promptly disappears. Any suggestions?

Same problem said it was fixed but doesn’t work still

And like I tried to fix it by turning on a vpn, checking app profiles, etc and nothing seems to work
