Help/Support Fantage.com: is it server sided or client sided?

This is not a request for a hack, I simply want to know how strong is Fantage.com's security system.

recently on the kid's online game Fantage.com, someone has been going around hacking through the filtered chat system and getting unlimited amounts of in-game currency. This hasn't happened publicly, either because no one bothered to or no one could... until this year. I have no hacking experience but could someone help me figure out is Fantage client or server sided and is it really that easy to break through their game?

i think server sided due to prevent hacking if its client side you can easily hack gems or whatever server sided can store and save and prevent from the hack to edit gems etc and status so fantage.com is probarly server sided

It sounds possible to break but the only thing that matters is how good is their security to prevent hacks

if it stores savegame on local device storage its easy to hack

He might have found an exploit in the API allowing him to hack the stuff

Or something which gives currency and isn't server sided

Its a option to exploit API i tried that on a game and it worked but he doesn’t have hacking experiences

besides i just created a app with server sided options and i used a custom api i exploited my own cudtom api to change currency and it pretty well worked.

Also if a API is strong encrypted and secured it isn’t easy to hack.
