Help/Support Activation Lock

Hey lads! So im helping my brother with his iPhone, he unfortunately has forgotten the email, and password, and the support couldn't do much.

They wouldn't even tell him the email which was used.. Is there any way to bypass this? If so, how?

Probably iCloud Activation because the title says "Activation Lock".

Can you provide more detail, maybe even an image?

This the activation lock aften reseting the Phone and trying to set it up again. We called customer service but they were unable to help

Unfortunately you will need the original Apple ID, this ID will be stored in the Cloud, without this ID you will not get into this device. 

Apple Support will not help you in anyway unless you can 100% prove the device belongs to you  

Few questions :

What iSO 

What device 

Where did you purchase the device from 

Do you still have contact detail for the seller

If you have simply forgot these details then it may render the device usless as the security on iPhones is near impossible to bypass
