Help/Support Yalu App not installing (Jailbreak off)

I need help to install the app I also don't have a computer as it is being fixed as we speak I think matter of the situation is I can't jaiobreak because my Yalu 10-10.2 won't install I've tried everything in my reach such as the installing am I limited to resetting my iPhone?

edit: jailbreak is not active as I rebooted

but have you tried using this - Cydia Extender ++

Another stupid question - did you drag and drop the ipa to the extender? Many people forget ?
