if you use tsprotector, that could be causing the problem. i have sometimes noticed a connection between using that and settings of patchers not showing up. if you turn tsprotector off (or briefly uninstall) before running the deb that has fixed it for me. 

 

dunno if thats just a coincidence. but. thought i'd share anyway.

Isn't it because for 10.1.1 you need to install mobile substrate or whatever and run the app after you run the jailbreak?

Actually figured it out I needed to install something called "order 65 for yalu3" thru cydia, thanks for all the replies
