Help/Support won't connect to iTunes?

My iPad will not connect to iTunes but it shows up in ifunbox all of this while connected to my Mac it also shows up in Tongbu assistant I need to do this so I can install ipas through iTunes I've even reset location & privacy so I can "trust" this computer again on my iPad even removed the last few cydia tweaks I installed before I had this problem I don't have many installed anyways but I also rebooted and even ran my iPad in safe mode this problem is only for this iPad I've already check for my non jb phone and another jb iPad using the same jb (pangu)

So my question is how can I fix this so that my iPad may connect to iTunes properly so I may back up and install and what not

Try reinstalling iTunes the correct way:

Also, try diffrent ports. Might help too.

thats for windows I'm on Mac and ""iTunes" can't be modified or deleted because its required by macOS" I went here https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and reinstalled iTunes and ill have this problem

Duplicate iTunes then and you should be able to do whatever with it.

the problem is with the device I have a Mac book pro thats never been connected to this iPad and same thing happens like with my iMac how did this happen to you? this happened to me after using lldb but I don't think thats what caused it cause I've used it 2 days before no problem anyways I left my iPad connected to my Mac over night and then unplugged it next morning later I had this problem later that day

Honestly bro when I got my iPhone 6 I jail broke it on iOS 8.4 on a windows laptop and about a year ago I bought a mac book pro and I tried connecting my iphone 6  to it to sync music from my hard drive but the device never popped up on iTunes. I would try plugging it into a windows pc/laptop to see if it pops up on iTunes but I currently don't own anything windows right now.
