Nope. I suppose it was someone from the Alliance who reported me though I still don't have I any idea why I was suspected. I used only HP and cooldown cheats and avoided using them in Shadowland, Alliance Battles and stuff like that.

Yea if an alliance member reports you, then you are out of luck. Maybe your ABX scores were too high.
