Help/Support Cydia not reloading data or 'running' anything 9.3.3

I don't know what is going on. I am on iOS 9.3.3 and jailbroken on it. My cydia was working fine yesterday.. But I opened it today and it started the reloading data thing it does.. It was at it for about 10 minutes then it went to the 'Running' page and it did nothing. I can't update or reinstall or remove anything with cydia.. (Also I can't do anything that involves iTunes on my laptop, my laptop had a system restore on it and I lost everything that I had on it). I even turned off my phone and re-jailbroke it, but it didn't fix it.

does any of that make sense? Can someone help me?

Have you installed Terminal? If so run these commands.

su
	alpine
	apt-get update
	uicache

I don't have terminal and if I have to use cydia to get it I can't because when I try to 'download/install' anything with cydia i get this and it doesn't change.

Do you have OpenSSH installed? You can run the commands suggested earlier by using Putty for PC or Terminal on Mac.

If Cydia ever gives ya a chance, also try to refresh sources and delete any you don't need.

Damnit I ised to have openssh. But it got deleted because it would keep crashing. Is there anything else I can do??

My original problem is still going on. I DID get openssh on my phone through ifile and I downloaded putty to my laptop and ran the stuff deleted the sources it was having problems with but it is still not going passed the page in the picture in an earlier post. I have no idea what to do now. My phone has enough space(35gigs free) it is connected to VERY fast wifi is fully charged.. The ONE thing I cannot do is try to do much with it connected to my laptop because I had to do a recovery on said laptop and lost all my books and music, so until I can find a way to move music and books FROM my iPhone TO my laptop(instead of the other way around) I can't involve itunes.

im unable to run the uicache thing though. It doesn't do anything.

any ideas?
