Help/Support Substrate cheat not working

whem I try installing substrate cheats it doesn't work it use to, but not anymore this is the error code I get on Filza

Uninstall the old hack or you are first time install deb in ios9 or above?

Not my first time installing it I installed it like 4 times and it still doesn't show up in the settings

ios9 and above need to do some step to make the hack works if first time use it..
