Help/Support Random Respring and Reboots

Hi to the whole Community,

Well, I've been facing this issue ever since the Yalu Jailbreak by Luca Tudesco came out.

I am currently running iOS 10.1.1 on my iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB.

Also, on my iPad Mini 4 I am running iOS 10.2 with 64GB of space.

So what is the problem? I can be using my iPhone/Pad just as usual when suddenly it'll respring or in most cases a reboot occurs.

And each time it happens on my Phone, the process to rejailbreak will fail only once then succeed when retrying (the one-time failure only occurs when it suddenly respring or reboots not when I hard reset or turn it off myself)

On my iPad Mini 4 it's even WORSE, you really don't want it to shut down or suddenly reboot because you'll be trying to rejailbreak for at least 7 to 20 tries or more with most of the time weird "screen plays" glitches and colours indicating a clearly failed jailbreak attempt, and this is not only when it suddenly resprings or reboots, this is EVERYTIME I'm attempting the jailbreak on the iMini4 even when I hard reset or simply turn it off myself.

BUT BASICALLY the main problem is these random resprings and reboots happening on both devices and I was wondering if I am the only one and IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT TO PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING?

iPhone 7 on 10.1.1 Jailbreak is currently unstable. Luca is working on fixing it. Check his Twitter.

You must mean iPhone 6 right? Because that is the model I was talking about (the Plus), I do follow him and check his twitter but the "more stable" jailbreak he released as we speak is for the i7 & i7+ models only on iOS 10.1.1 if I'm not wrong.

I have 10.1.1 too but i never use it for play games. Respring always

I don't know which can be causing the issue really, but if you get random resprings, it's probably due to what you have installed. Considering that it works fine for everyone else.

Yeah :-/ guess it must be one of them... I'll just try to SemiRestore and see from there?

I (thank God) haven't had that issue with iOS 10 jailbreak, but the exact same thing happens occasionally on the 9.3.3 jailbreak on my 6s+. It is a relatively common issue, and there are things you can do when it fails repeatedly to rejailbreak.

1.) Power Off device completely, wait 30 seconds.

2.) Hold down power and volume up button at same time, and keep holding until you see Apple logo. Then release power but keep holding volume button until you get to lockscreen.

3. Close all apps, except for Yalu.

4.) Try to rejailbreak. If it still fails, try to alternate having device plugged into power and then unplugging once jailbreak starts, and doing the opposite.

5.) Try "Reset Network Settings", then repeat the power off, boot with both buttons.

6.) Don't give up. As you've seen, it can sometimes take even more then 20 tries. Also make sure ur not in low power mode/ background app refresh is turned on. Make sure device has at least 20% charge or greater.

Thank you for your help! I'll definitely try that with my iPad when the respring happens again.
