Can't, changing the value to -9999 or 0 will make the button to upgrade or to buy disappear. Changing the value to 1 works real nice for me. Using IGG, Look for the value to upgrade with money, change the value by searching the value (I32) and than Batch all to value 1. If the value of the Money/Purple Ticket/Gold is to low to search and come up with searches to high... Changing the value will cause the game to crash. I just change values with low searches and than batch to 1.  Just play around with the values.
