same happened to me like 4 months ago, and i was banned until I wrote to the game support area, and they restored it. With a warning about the use of “unauthorized” installations. and that hacking was not permitted. But that was the only way I could recover my account.

I hade the same thing i had to contact thé service, i lied, saying i couldn’t connect anymore for no reason. They  restored m’y pourchases and helped me out  on my account, and asked me to choose three characters i had on my old account, with the level and the stars. I rolled them, i chose the legendary trio , Braniac , Batman , Darkseid, i didn’t have them on my old account lmao. 😂 ( sorry for my english i’m french)

Woahhh are you being serious? I ended up making a new account I’m lvl 15 like 300k threat. But I’m gonna give that a try. I’ll contact them and just lie and say I can’t connect anymore for no reason. Then hopefully I can have two accounts 😂

I’m gonna contact support and lie. And say that I just can’t connect anymore for no reason and see what happens. Hopefully they give it back. If they say I was banned and can’t hack, then at least I get that account back. Then can just hack on my second account. Cheers

Lmao ,  yes im really serions, be convincing, you say you had practically all the characters, and i used  thaïs problèm twice from the same account to get me to get some more characters on the new guy but with other email addresses and waiting 2/3  months to do a pity that i’m french ord i would have explained you better. 😝
