But it seems the hack isn't working.  Simoleons get deducted while buying any items and it won't allow you to buy anything higher than the amount of Simoleons you have.

So practically it works as a regular mode with no effect.

A Fix would be appreciated. Thanks

Except, I can't seem to be able to get it in the game? I installed it with iFile and received code 0, I get the options inside the settings app but I don't see a notification that the game is hacked or any balance besides my own. Am I missing a step?

Nope, the hack just simply don't work at all at the point. 

We just have to wait for an update to happen for the hack to be working. I'm running IPhone 6s Plus, IOS 9.3.3 Jailbreak and having the same problem dude.
