if you're having trouble building. instead of placing C++ from sdk to 'include' and the "initialiser_list' you can just add the flag CCFlag instead of CFLAG and set the target sdk as 11.2 (or 10.0) and the deployment to 10.0 if building for 32-bit devices as well. ex:

TARGET = iphone:clang:11.2:10.0

TWEAKNAME_CCFLAGS = ....
