Help/Support Help me !!! Cant see cydia after jailbreak

i jailbroke my ipad mini 2 ( 9.3.2) yesterday by pangu also this link https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com/ ( from pangu.io ) but couldnt see cydia . Please help me

jbme doesnt install cydia

try rebooting

reset reboot cả ngàn lần r . pangu cũng v có cái hình dó nó ghi thành công mà ko có cydia

If you can open Cydia, try reinstalling UIKit Tools.

Có cách nào vô đc cydia ko bác, bác Dida kêu cài lại cái UIkit tools trong cydia. Mò đi bác ơi :))
