Help/Support App to Password Protect a Folder (with apps inside)

[Mac8 0 iPad Air 2]

As a parent of a child with a new ipad, I am looking for an app to password protect a folder that contains various apps (including the Settings app).

I have Parental controls on (Restrictions), but of course "Restrictions" in ios 10 is limited in what it can do.

I have not found one that does this, despite a lof of searching.

I think it's impossible without JB. you have to delete these apps which you can't lock

You could try hiding the settings and other apps you don't want them to see at the bottom of a folder that looks really boring to the kid, and name the folder something they wouldn't think to look in. 

Then again kids nowadays are smarter then half the parents (not including you in that)  when it comes to new technologies. They'll probably still find it.  Might work for a little one tho.
